Doilies require a lot of counting knitted stitches. One mistake, and the pattern does not work. I worked three days on finding one error. What joy to find the mistake I made.

I'm about to finish my first doily. It was been an interesting experience, and I have learned a lot. The most difficult part for me was starting with very eight very small stitches on four knitting needles.
